This park spreads out over the former site of the 2005 Aichi Expo, and is a multi-purpose park that combines nature, sports, and culture, and is home to Ghibli Park. It is a popular, multi-purpose park that families with children can enjoy.
Expo Memorial Park, commonly known as Moricoro Park, is a vast park developed on the former site of the Nagakute venue of Expo 2005, held in Aichi, Japan. Inheriting the Expo's philosophy of "nature's wisdom," a variety of facilities are dotted in the rich natural environment. In particular, it is home to Ghibli Park, which recreates the world of the popular animated film, and is a popular spot visited by many fans from Japan and abroad.

The park is full of facilities for sports and recreation, such as a large lawn, cycling courses, an ice skating rink, and tennis courts.
The "Splash Pond" in the "Nature Experience Water Area," which is popular in the summer season, is shallow, so it is recommended for small children and kindergarteners in the summer.
There are also attractions such as a large Ferris wheel and large playground equipment that is free to use.

There are also plenty of areas where you can interact with nature, such as the "Children's Square" where you can experience the nature of the Satoyama, and the "Flower Square" where seasonal flowers bloom. You can spend your time however you like with your family or friends.

There is a Mos Burger and Sugakiya (ramen restaurant) in the park.

The park is large, so a free park bus runs every 16-17 minutes.
