The Isamu Noguchi Garden Museum is home to the studio and residence of world-renowned sculptor Isamu Noguchi, where he spent his final years, and also displays his artworks. More than simply a place to exhibit his works, this space allows visitors to experience a unique worldview where his artwork and nature are one, a setting that Noguchi himself described as "the world's greatest sculpture forest." Located in Mure Town, known for its Aji stone, it's also where Noguchi engaged in creative activities while interacting with stonemasons. Advance reservations are required for tours guided by a curator, allowing visitors to gain a deeper understanding of Noguchi's philosophy and the background behind each piece.

The museum grounds are dotted with his signature giant stone sculpture, "Energy Void," his unfinished work, "Stone Circle," and his residence, "Isamu House." Each piece blends beautifully with the natural surroundings of the garden and the Aji stone landscape, creating a single, large-scale artwork. In addition, Noguchi's favorite tools and documents describing his creative process are on display, allowing you to feel the breath of his creative process.

The museum is open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. There are three opening times per day: 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.
