It is a shrine of Soja of Owari Province in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture.

It is widely worshiped as the general guardian deity of the Owari region, the guardian deity of agriculture and commerce, and the deity that wards off evil.

The Kokunomiya Naked Festival, held on January 13 of the lunar calendar, is famous.

The Romon Gate and Worship Hall are designated as Important Cultural Properties.
