138 Tower Park is an arched, 138-meter-tall observation tower in the Kiso-Sansen National Park, offering panoramic views of the Kiso River, Ise Bay, and downtown Nagoya.
138 Tower Park is a vast park located in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, which is part of the Kiso Sansen National Park. The Twin Arch 138, the symbol of the park, is a 138-meter-tall observation tower, and from the top floor you can see a 360-degree panoramic view of the Nobi Plain, the Kiso River, and Ise Bay. It is especially lit up at night, creating a fantastic atmosphere and making it a popular date spot.

The park has facilities such as the Rose Stream, flower fields, and lawn plaza. In the Rose Stream, you can enjoy roses of all seasons, and in the flower fields, you can enjoy seasonal flowers such as cosmos and kochia.

In the lawn plaza, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or a break.

There is also a fluffy dome that is very popular with children, and a large playground equipment called Wakuwaku Slider.

[Trivia]
The "138" in Twin Arch 138 comes from the play on words of Ichinomiya City, where the park is located: "ichi (1), san (3), hachi (8)".

[Hidden gem]
In the vast park, Twin Arch 138 and the large playground equipment area are popular, but the "Hydrangea Path" is a hidden gem where you can spend a relatively quiet time. Especially in June, the beautiful hydrangeas bloom and you can enjoy a walk. In addition, the "Kizuki no Mori" area has a canopy tower and a canopy corridor, and is recommended for those who want to observe nature carefully.
