Fussen is a long-established Western confectionery shop in Kyobashi-cho, Okayama City, popular for its nostalgic butter cakes. In particular, the butter cake known as the "pyramid cake" has long been loved by locals.
Buttercream cake, triangular baumkuchen and apple pie are popular.
It comes in a variety of small packages, so it makes a great souvenir.
