Fuunoka Komoyo is a Japanese sweets shop located in Haraojima, Naka-ku, Okayama City, beloved by locals. Their fresh, freshly made sweets, especially those made with fruit, are beautiful to look at and make great souvenirs.
The shop is run by an owner who trained at the famous Japanese sweets shop "Taneya" in Shiga Prefecture, and is characterized by its beautiful appearance that evokes the four seasons of Japan and its elegant sweetness that makes the most of the original flavor of the ingredients.

In particular, fresh sweets such as jellies and daifuku made with fruits that are unique to Okayama are popular for their delicate deliciousness that cannot be found anywhere else. Each and every Japanese sweet is carefully made, so it is a great treat for yourself, as well as a souvenir for a special someone.

Popular seasonal limited items may sell out quickly.

We recommend the Mame Daifuku. Be sure to get in early as it may sell out.

[Trivia]

It is said that the shop name "Komoyo" comes from a word that appears in the first poem of the Manyoshu.
