Fujimasaan is a soba restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere located near Toiyacho in Okayama City. They are proud of their carefully hand-made 100% buckwheat soba, allowing you to fully enjoy the original flavor and aroma of soba.
The restaurant offers authentic handmade soba noodles and a relaxing atmosphere. The owner himself carefully selects unpolished buckwheat from the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains and Shinshu, and the flour is carefully ground with a millstone to create the rich aroma and firm texture of soba noodles. In addition to the standard Zaru soba noodles, the restaurant also offers seasonal soba noodles and other dishes that go well with soba noodles.

The dashi is made from three types of shaved bonito flakes, Rishiri kelp, and dried shiitake mushrooms. The wasabi is fresh wasabi from Amagi Yugashima in Shizuoka Prefecture (JA Izu no Kuni).

The restaurant only has a dining table for eight and counter seats for four.
