Located on the approach to Kinpusen-ji Temple, the head temple of Mt.

Kakinoha-zushi is a local dish of Mt. Yoshino, Nara Prefecture, and is sushi wrapped in persimmon leaves.
Hyotaro's persimmon leaf sushi is mackerel pressed sushi, and the slightly salty taste of mackerel goes well with the scent of persimmon leaves.
They are also popular as souvenirs.
