An island located in Takehara, Hiroshima Prefecture, in the Seto Inland Sea, which has become famous for YouTube videos of countless rabbits.

It is also a place where chemical weapons were manufactured after World War I, and there are ruins of related facilities and the Okunoshima Poison Gas Museum.

It is now a holiday village and attracts many tourists.

For access, there is a ferry from Tadanoumi Port in Takehara City to Omishima via Okunoshima.
