It is a comprehensive sports park with a track and field stadium (soccer stadium), a baseball field, a public pool, an open space, and playground equipment.
There are also playground equipment and open spaces for children.

One seems to have been a paddy field in the early Yayoi period, and part of it has been recreated as a nationally designated historic site, the Tsushima ruins, including a raised-floor warehouse.

In addition, there is a former army officer's club building, and the first floor is used for cafes and restaurants for weddings.

The track and field stadium with the soccer ground is the home field of Fagiano Okayama FC. During the Fagiano match, many restaurants line up.
