A small family run bakery in Jinseki Kogencho.
It is located along National Route 182 from Fukuyama City to Taishakukyo Gorge.

The shopkeeper's special bread is lined up. In addition to standard white bread and sweet bread, you can also enjoy bread using local vegetables and fruits, and seasonal bread.
One of the most popular items is the black soybean bread made with black soybeans. The faint sweetness of the black soybeans enhances the flavor of the bread. Also popular is the Sansho Curry Bread, which uses local Japanese pepper. The spiciness of the Japanese pepper enhances the flavor of the curry.
