This is the head office of a major bun of establishment of long-established from 1837 in Kyobashi of Okayama.
Ote Manju is manufactured and sold by Ote Manju, a long-established store founded in the Kaei era (1848-1854). It has a long history and is said to have been presented to Lord Ikeda Narimasa, the lord of Okayama. The bean paste, which is plentiful inside the thin skin, is made from carefully selected red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and is characterized by its high-quality sweetness and smooth texture. The skin is made by mixing and fermenting Bizen rice flour with high-quality wheat flour, and its softness that melts in your mouth is its charm. It is safe to eat because it does not use any additives and values the original taste of the ingredients.

You can buy it at souvenir shops such as stations, but if you have time, please visit the main store.

The parking lot is a little difficult to find, but there are about three spaces on the corner to the right of the store.

Speaking of simple deliciousness, we also recommend "Takeya Manju" in Tojo, Hiroshima Prefecture.
