Kozenji is a Tendai sect temple founded in 860 years ago in Komagane, Nagano Prefecture.

The precincts include the main hall, large auditorium, bell tower, temple gate, and garden. The main hall was rebuilt in 2010, and the main statue of Fudo Myoo, the main saint, and the spirit dog Sayataro are enshrined inside the hall.

The temple gate was built in the late Edo period and is designated as a national important cultural property.
