The Yanmar Museum's exhibits are divided into two zones: "Yanmar's 100 Years," which traces Yanmar's history from its founding to the present, and introduces its technologies in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, generators, and ships; and "Yanmar's Challenge," where visitors can experience Yanmar's technology firsthand.

"Yanmar's 100 Years" uses videos and models to trace the footsteps of Yanmar's founder, Magokichi Yamaoka, and introduce the various products Yanmar has developed. There are also exhibits that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike, such as the "Yanmar History Theater," which looks back on Yanmar's history, and the "Yanmar Experience Corner," where visitors can actually operate Yanmar products.

"Yanmar's Challenge" features a variety of hands-on exhibits that allow visitors to experience Yanmar's technology firsthand. Visitors can operate agricultural and construction machinery such as power shovels and forklifts, and even try a ship operation simulation. Visitors can also view exhibits related to the environment and energy that apply Yanmar's technology.

The Yanmar Museum is not just a place to look at, but a place to enjoy with all five senses. On the rooftop, there is a foot bath with a panoramic view of the vast Lake Biwa, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. There are also workshops for agricultural experiences.
