This is a factory where you can observe the manufacturing process of Hamamatsu's famous confectionery, "Unagi Pie." You can observe the artisan's skills up close through the glass, and it's a popular sweet spot where you can also purchase souvenirs and enjoy the cafe.
On the factory tour, you can get a close-up look at the process of making Unagi Pie, including the delivery of the ingredients - flour, sugar, and red bean paste - as well as the making of the pie dough, filling it with red bean paste, and baking it.
You'll receive a mini Unagi Pie at the entrance. The tour is free and doesn't take up much time.

The direct sales store also sells Unagi Pie assortments, as well as sweets and goods made with Unagi Pie.
At the Unagi Pie Cafe, you can try sweets made with Unagi Pie. We recommend it as they offer a wide variety of sweets that you can only get here.
