This roadside station offers a wide selection of local produce, both locally grown and from Lake Biwa.

Shiotsu Kaido Ajikamanosato Roadside Station is located in Oku-Biwako, Shiga Prefecture, and offers a wide variety of seafood and duck caught in Lake Biwa, as well as fresh agricultural products and local specialties. Ajikamanosato's specialty, duck soba, is a popular menu item.

Uosuke Oku-Biwako Mizunoeki, a Japanese restaurant located within the roadside station, serves a variety of local dishes that make the most of Lake Biwa's bounty. In addition to the famous Funazushi Chazuke set and Kaido sushi, this is a great spot to easily savor seasonal lake fish dishes, such as simmered Biwa trout and sweet-and-sour baby sweetfish.
