Niimi Museum of Art is an art museum located in Niimi City. It exhibits works related to the local area, with a focus on works by Tomioka Tessai.
The museum's collection and exhibition includes 77 works by local painter Tomioka Tessai, as well as Japanese and Western-style paintings, calligraphy, sculptures, and other art in a wide range of genres, from modern Japanese paintings by Tessai, Yokoyama Taikan, and Takeuchi Seihō, to contemporary Japanese painters such as Hirayama Ikuo, Tabuchi Toshio, Hiramatsu Reiji, Miyasako Masaaki, and Odano Takayuki, as well as works by local painters and craftsmen.

The museum's exterior, built on the site of the former residence of the headman of Niimi-sho during the Middle Ages, has a medieval-style design with a gabled roof and copper-plated roof, and extensive use of stone on the exterior.
