The restaurant's signature dish is a set meal featuring all-sweetfish. They offer a set menu that includes grilled sweetfish, sweetfish simmered in syrup, fried sweetfish, sweetfish rice, and the popular sweetfish sashimi, and sweetfish sashimi and sweetfish simmered in syrup are also available as a la carte dishes. When ordering a meal, you can also participate in the "sweetfish catching experience" (additional charge), where you can grill and enjoy the sweetfish you catch on the spot. Because quantities are limited, the experience is first-come, first-served, so it's best to register early.
