Toraya Honpo's signature "Torayaki" is a tiger-patterned pastry filled with Hokkaido azuki bean paste. In addition to the classic bean paste, seasonal and limited-edition flavors such as cherry blossom, matcha, and Setouchi lemon are also available, making it a fun treat to try and compare. This popular product, which is said to sell 1.5 million units annually, is affordable and known as a staple Fukuyama souvenir. The azuki beans in the Torayaki bean paste are carefully sourced from Hokkaido.
