Chorakudo creates exquisite Japanese sweets using plenty of ingredients from Okayama Prefecture. The shop's interior is modern and stylish.

Azuki Daifuku is a simple Japanese sweet made from carefully selected Tokachi azuki beans, cooked and wrapped in glutinous rice. The gentle sweetness of the Tokachi azuki beans and the chewy texture of the glutinous rice are exquisitely combined.

Butternut Monaka is a monaka made with Chorakudo's original butternut nuts, a nut native to California that tastes like chestnuts. This is a new type of monaka, combining the fragrant aroma of butternut nuts with the sweetness of glutinous rice.

The second floor houses a cafe with a Japanese atmosphere. Enjoy freshly brewed matcha and sencha tea, as well as tasting warabi mochi and daifuku. In the summer, enjoy rich shaved ice and seasonal fruit parfaits. The interior, incorporating Bizen ware and Karasujo carvings, is highly photogenic, making it the perfect destination for a sweets and cafe tour in Okayama.
