ACAO FOREST is a garden park covering approximately 660,000 square meters, stretching from downtown Atami into the coastal hills. Thirteen charming themed gardens are filled with blooming flowers, including roses in spring, lavender in early summer, and cosmos in autumn. Visitors are also captivated by the Japanese garden, herb garden, and observation deck with a see-through staircase. The "Flying Swing" jutting out over the sea is a great photo spot, and artwork and installations are scattered throughout.

The park is primarily designed for walking, allowing visitors to enjoy the expansive ocean views while leisurely strolling. At COEDA HOUSE, a glass-and-wood café designed by Kengo Kuma, you can enjoy sweets and drinks while taking in the spectacular views, creating a relaxing moment surrounded by flowers and sea breezes.

In addition to the diverse flowers that change appearance throughout the seasons, illumination events are also held at night. This space, where nature and art blend together, is a refreshing spot for families, couples, and photography enthusiasts alike.
