Katsurahama is a beautiful arched coastline with pine forests. Also, at dusk, the beautiful view of the sun setting into the sea attracts many tourists.

Katsurahama also has tourist facilities such as the Kochi Prefectural Ryoma Sakamoto Memorial Museum and the Katsurahama Aquarium. There is a large bronze statue of Ryoma Sakamoto on the hill of Katsurahama.

There are stalls selling the famous squid grill.
