This long-established restaurant is located along National Route 482 in the heart of the Hiruzen Plateau. Its signature dish is Hiruzen Yakisoba, grilled in a rich miso sauce. The chewy chicken, sweet highland cabbage, and thick noodles combine to create a delicious dish accented with sansho pepper, creating a lingering flavor.
