Located along Holland Street in Omotemachi, this seafood and pork bone based soy sauce ramen is popular for its extra thick noodle tsukemen, rich double soup, and Chinese noodles.
Their signature dish is a double soup that combines the rich flavor of pork bones and whole chicken with seafood stock, and the sharp soy sauce brings out the wheat aroma of their extra-thick homemade noodles. They also offer ramen noodles with a subtle use of flavored oil, tsukemen with outstanding noodle presence, and mazesoba noodles with a rich, delicious sauce.

Their thick noodles are rich yet have a light aftertaste, and are "extra-thick yet easy to eat," which is the Iwada style.
