Birne Laden, which means "pear shop" in German, is the official direct sales outlet of Sera Kosui Farm. The store offers seasonal fruits from the farm, processed foods like pear jelly and pear chutney, and vegetables from neighboring farms, making it a great place to choose souvenirs.

Fruit picking is held seasonally. In 2025, pear picking will be held from August 10th to 24th, with a simple one-hour all-you-can-eat style, allowing you to enjoy fresh Sera pears such as Kosui and Akiakari pears right from the field. Grape picking is available from August 30th to September 23rd (variety dates apply), and strawberry picking is available from mid-January to late May by reservation only.
