The Eshima Ohashi Bridge, which connects Sakaiminato City in Tottori Prefecture and Matsue City in Shimane Prefecture, is a huge bridge characterized by its steep slope.
Eshima Ohashi Bridge is a 1.4km long bridge over Lake Nakaumi, connecting Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture and Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. It has been particularly noted for its steep slope, which has been featured in a TV commercial. When viewed from afar, the dramatic slope gives the illusion of a car racing up a wall, and is nicknamed "Beta Fumizaka" (a hill with a steep slope). Many tourists visit to see this strange sight. When you actually drive on it, you will see that it is not as steep as it looks, but its visual impact is strong, and it is popular as a "scenic spot" that is perfect for photos.

From the bridge, you can see the majestic Lake Nakaumi, Mt. Daisen, the highest peak in the Chugoku region, and Lake Nakaumi (Lake Nakaumi) in a 360-degree view. Driving on a sunny day is especially refreshing, and the excellent location is one of the attractions of Eshima Ohashi Bridge.

Across the bridge, on Daikon Island, you will find Yushien Garden, a famous Japanese garden.

The parking lot used at the time of the photo shoot was the FamilyMart Ejima Ohashi store parking lot, which was recommended by the local management association.
