"Uiro Mochimasa" is a long-established Japanese confectionery store that continues to preserve the tradition of Uiro that has been handed down since ancient times in the Mikawa region. While Nagoya Uiro is generally made only with rice flour, Mochimasa's Uiro is made by blending rice flour and wheat flour in a unique combination. This combination creates an exquisite blend of the chewy texture of rice flour and the unique crunchy texture and aroma of wheat flour, creating a unique taste that cannot be found anywhere else.

The texture is completely different from Nagoya Uiro.
It is elastic and bouncy.
It is simple and delicious. It is also nice that it has a 2-day expiration date because it does not contain any unnecessary ingredients.
