Shimoishii Park is a park in the middle of Saiwai-cho, Okayama City that is loved by locals. It is also known for its steam locomotives.

The lawn plaza of Shimoishii Park is a spacious space where children can play to their heart's content. In addition, the complex play equipment includes slides, swings, and a climbing wall, so children can play without getting bored.

The Okayama City Saiwaicho Library is located on the premises.
