Located on Oshima on the Shimanami Kaido, this roadside station is popular for its seafood barbecue.
For the barbecue, I will borrow a charcoal grill for 210 yen (for 2 people). You can choose from a single item, but there is also an Omakase Course starting at 2,160 yen.

In addition, you can experience the whirlpool experience on the Kurushima Straits Rapids Observation Boat that runs from Shimoda Port nearby. Tickets are sold at roadside stations.
