Located in Tamachi, Tsuyama City, this is the former main building of Nakajima Hospital, which was built in 1917. This beautiful Western-style building still retains the atmosphere of the time, and offers tourist information, a place to rest, and cultural experiences.
It features a retro-modern architectural style that blends Western and Japanese styles, and has been designated a national tangible cultural property.

SO's Cafe is located on the first floor of Josai Romankan.

Parking is difficult to find, but you can use the parking lot of the Tsuyama Castle Town History Museum, located about 100 meters southeast.
