The "Waiwai Kogen Market" on the premises has a wide selection of fresh local vegetables, fruits, and processed foods, allowing you to choose seasonal flavors as souvenirs. The agricultural products shipped directly from local producers are all high quality, grown in the climate of Koyacho with its temperature differences and clean water.

As a dining facility, the cafe restaurant "Sorara" offers a buffet-style menu that makes full use of ingredients from Shobara. A wide variety of dishes are available, including salads and stews made with local vegetables, and freshly fried tempura, and local specialties are also served according to the season. In addition, the snack corner "Takano Kitchen" offers soba noodles, rice balls, gelato, and more, and the handmade gelato made with Koya apples and milk is popular.
