Kamejima Campground, located near the center of Yakage Town, offers an open-air campsite stretching between the lakeside and the forest.
The site features grass and dirt sites, a shared kitchen, and flush toilets. Open fires are permitted using ground protection equipment, and all trash and ashes must be taken home.

The campground is reasonably priced and well-maintained. The toilets are new and clean.

While there are no showers or baths, you can receive a half-price ticket to Yunohana Onsen in town (currently undergoing renovations through 2025).

The pond is home to black bass, so you can enjoy bass fishing.

Camping and day camping require advance reservations (at least seven days before the desired date) via the Yakage Town Office Industry and Tourism Division (Tel: 0866-82-1016) or online.
There is no manager on-site, so it's best to check in advance if you have any questions.

As of August 2025, Yakage Yunohana Onsen is closed for renovations. It is scheduled to reopen as Yakage Ittan in October 2025, but details of the services are unknown.
