Founded in 1979, this noodle shop is directly operated by a noodle manufacturer and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Aya River. The experience of picking a bowl, heating the noodles, and pouring the broth yourself will become a memorable memory. Their signature dish is the fragrant "Shoyu" (cold only), a simple bowl of glossy noodles coated in their special dashi soy sauce.

The noodles are made with domestic wheat, boasting a firm, elastic texture and a smooth texture. The broth has a clear, savory flavor based on dried sardines, and is available in a variety of classic styles, including kake, bukkake, and kamakake. Their freshly fried tempura, featuring the Kagawa brand "Sanuki no Mezame" asparagus, is a specialty and is available from spring to early summer. It pairs perfectly with bukkake and soy sauce.

Despite their mountain location, they have ample seating, including in front of the shop and on the terrace, and enjoy a good turnover. However, they do sometimes close early if they run out of noodles, so it's best to visit before peak hours.
