This restaurant is attached to the Sasaki Tofu Shop, which was founded in 1894. The beans are delivered fresh from the factory, resulting in a truly exceptional aroma, texture, and smooth finish. Their signature dish is the "Mameyuzen," a meal featuring tofu, deep-fried tofu, unglazed fried tofu, and soy milk all in one dish. The simple seasoning brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients, making for a healthy yet satisfying "local tofu lunch."

The direct sales store in front of the store offers a wide variety of tofu, from cotton and silk to deep-fried tofu, to ganmo (fried tofu), and soy milk sweets. Another plus is being able to pick out souvenirs before or after your meal. The soybeans are carefully selected, primarily from local sources. The nigari (bittern) is also carefully prepared, and the chilled tofu is known for being delicious even with just salt.
