This ruin is a castle-like building that once operated as "Ichinomaru Drive-In" and opened in 1977. National Route 53 is a major trunk road connecting Okayama and Tottori, and it is assumed that many drivers and group tourists used it at the time. However, with the passage of time, it has outlived its usefulness and now exists in a dilapidated state. The windows are broken, the walls are faded, and the building is being covered with plants, giving a sense of the rise and fall of the city and evoking nostalgia in the viewer. Its appearance is particularly striking at night, creating a unique atmosphere.

In recent years, due to the influence of social media and the ruin boom, it has been attracting attention from a certain group of people as a "Japanese nostalgic heritage," but it is still a ruin and the building is aging. Therefore, it is very dangerous to enter, and for safety reasons, you should avoid entering the building. We recommend that you only admire the exterior and watch the melancholy appearance from a distance while imagining the bustle of the building at the time. The Kumenan Roadside Station is nearby, so it's a good idea to stop by there and take in the view from the car window.
