This is a prefectural forest park in Kagamino Town, Okayama Prefecture where you can enjoy hiking and trekking while bathing in the forest.
The altitude is 840m-1100m. It's not as good as a typical mountain climb, but if you climb to the top of the mountain, you will need a certain amount of physical strength because it will continue to be up and down.

The best time to see the autumn leaves is from mid-October to late October.

After working up a sweat, it feels great to go to Okutsu's one-day hot spring "Hanabijin no Sato" and soak in the hot spring.
