Especially the night view is wonderful, and there are fences that can be locked with padlocks, so it is a recommended date spot for couples.
Bizan summit parking lot (free) is available at the top of the mountain. There is a charge for parking at the observatory. Bizan Ropeway runs every 15 minutes.
