The Onomichi City Museum of Art is a work of art in itself, designed by world-renowned architect Tadao Ando. The sharp design of the exposed concrete and the space that skillfully incorporates natural light create a tranquil yet powerful impression.

The spectacular view of the Onomichi Channel from the exhibition room is also wonderful, allowing you to experience paintings and the landscape as one. You can view works by artists with ties to Onomichi, as well as contemporary art from Japan and abroad, which are in the museum's collection, and special exhibitions are held regularly.

Parking is available at Senkoji Park Parking Lot (paid), but if you present your parking ticket upon entry, you will receive a 200 yen discount.
