It was built on the Tsushima Campus of Okayama University as a place where students, faculty and staff, and local people can gather and interact casually.

The architectural design is by Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa's architectural unit SANAA.

It is a cafe (J terrace cafe), and there is also an outdoor dining space. She's too pretty and has an aura that makes it hard to interact with her (￣∇￣;).

On the campus of the Faculty of Medicine, Okayama University (Shikata-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama), there is “Junko Fukutake Hall,” which was also designed by SANAA.
