ANDO MUSEUM was built by renovating a wooden house that was built about 100 years ago. The exterior retains the appearance of a private house, but the interior is a double structure with exposed concrete space.

The interior of the museum is illuminated only by natural light, and the history of Naoshima and Mr. Ando's architectural works are introduced through models, photographs, and sketches. In addition to exhibits, this museum shows the architecture and space itself, which is filled with the essence of Ando's architecture.

There aren't many exhibits. I think it's more about experiencing Tadao Ando's architectural space.
