This free-site campground is located next to the Tottori Sand Dunes. Day camping is also possible on the sandy pine forest. Its extensive facilities make it an ideal base for family trips and sand dune sightseeing. With easy access for stargazing and early morning dune walks, it's so popular that it often fills up during peak season.

Although it's no longer free, it's well-maintained and a great campground for families.

Amenities include showers, a garbage dump, a restroom building, a management building, a cooking building, a BBQ building, a shop, and vending machines.

The Sand Dunes Hot Springs Community Center, a day-trip hot spring facility, is also located about a 10-minute drive away.

Open fires are not permitted and campfire mats are required. Cars are not allowed, so luggage must be carried by hand.
