The Onomichi-style soup is made with a clear Japanese broth made from small sea bream and domestically caught fish, layered with the richness of Setouchi soy sauce and back fat. The homemade noodles, finished with a strong pressure and slight curl, cling to the noodles well and have a clean finish that won't leave you thirsty until the very end.

Other popular dishes include the Niboshi Ramen, which highlights the umami of niboshi, the unique Oinari Ramen, as well as gyoza, fried chicken, and rice dishes, making for a satisfying bowl plus a side dish. Prices are mostly under 1,000 yen, making it an easy lunch for tourists. Order using the ticket machine at the entrance, and a piping hot bowl will be served to you at a seating area with 26 seats (counter and table), which has a high turnover rate.
