Sennan Satoumi Park is a prefectural recreational park that stretches along the coast of Osaka Bay from Sennan City to Hannan City in Osaka Prefecture. Based on the theme of "Satoumi," the natural environment of tidal flats and rocky beaches is preserved, and visitors can experience the coastal area where diverse flora and fauna live.

The park includes Hakotsukuri Beach (Pichi Pichi Beach) on the Hannan City side and Tanoura Beach (Tokimeki Beach) on the Misaki Town side, and the swimming season usually runs from early July to late August. The shallow, gentle sandy beach is safe for families. There are also spots where you can enjoy clam digging at low tide.

For children, the large playground areas named "Dolphin Park" and "Octopus Park" are popular, and they are equipped with slides and net playground equipment integrated with the lawn plaza. There is also a BBQ plaza (reservations required), a cycling road with a view of Kansai International Airport, and a vast lawn space, so you can spend the whole day without getting bored.

On clear days, you can watch planes take off and land, and at dusk you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over Osaka Bay. Enjoy the seaside Satoumi scenery to your heart's content, along with nature observation, picnics, and other outdoor activities.
