Ryoan-ji Temple, which is famous for its Karesansui Hojo garden, is registered as a World Heritage Site as a cultural property of ancient Kyoto.

In addition to the Hojo Garden, which is known as the "Ryoan-ji Rock Garden," there is also a pond garden centered on Kyoyoike.
